Emotions give us information about what is happening in our world and motivate us to make changes we need so we can restore ourselves to harmony. We need our emotions But when our emotions begin to influence our actions, then they become an attitude.
Grieving the loss of a loved one is a normal part of life but deciding that we’ll never love again because the grief was so difficult, or clinging tightly to our remaining loved ones – over-protecting them so we never have to feel that loss again, that is an attitude.
Balancing an attitude can be as simple as holding a finger until the energy pulse harmonizes. Because of the many energy pathways that flow through the fingers, holding your fingers help harmonize the entire circulation of life energy in our bodies.
Hold each finger / thumb approximately 4-5 minutes until the energy pulse harmonizes and you have 3-5 conscious breaths. Do both left and right fingers: left fingers help the left side of the body, right fingers help the right side of the body.
