Guided Jin Shin Jyutsu supports clients and students in their self-help practice and gives “newbies” the opportunity to experience the profound effects of this healing art. You will learn simple techniques that can be used anywhere, anytime, for Relaxation, Insomnia, Pain Relief, Optimal Health, Integrative Care, Effortless Meditation, Harmony of Body, Mind, Heart, and Spirit.
No previous experience is needed. Jin Shin Jyutus may be practiced sitting, standing or lying down. Comfort is key. Folding chairs will be available, please bring a yoga mat, blankets, pillows, etc for your comfort.
