Health and wellness has always intrigued me. From a young age I have always been interested in how the body works. So far through my journey of life I have had many of the same experiences others have. I've had battles with anxiety, depression, migraine headaches, inflamed joints and muscles, and more. My interest in the body and a desire for relief caused me to look in many directions. I've met with doctors, specialists, chiropractors, massage therapists, I've taken prescriptions, applied essential oils, changed my diet, and yes, I did Foot Zoning. I've been receiving Foot Zones for over 8 years. I am current graduate from the Wellness Life Zone, Foot Zone Academy, and I am registered with UTAHFZA.org.

Through all the other things that I've done the Foot Zone has been an aid and support to my body. It has helped the chiropractic adjustments align better, it has helped the essential oils work more effectively, it has helped me find holistic relief from anxiety and depression through helping my body function as it should, along with many other benefits. i love meeting new people and assisting them on their path of wholeness and health.
