Health and Wellness is a broad topic and the pages in this section of my website will cover a lot of different things but focus primarily on nutrition.  Truthfully, everything on my website involves some aspect of Health or Wellness, but my hope is that these pages will give you some tools to bring nutritional balance to yourself and your family.

Nutrition is a fundamental aspect of health and wellness.  Both mental and physical health can be compromised because of nutritional deficiencies.  Eating a nutritious, balanced diet that includes herbs, fruits, vegetables, whole grains, meats, and healthy fats will provide your body with the vitamins and minerals that it needs to be healthy and fight disease.  Unfortunately, because of soil depletion, medications, toxins, poor diet, and plain old age our bodies are not always able to derive the nutrients from the foods we eat.  Supplementation then becomes necessary.
