Previously we discussed harmonizing a prolonged experience of Anger. Today, we will learn to harmonize a prolonged experience of Grief.

A chronic condition of Grief may result in symptoms of negativity, diminished common sense, and the forming of mucus, as well as an imbalance in lung and large intestine energy patterns.

So a simple way to harmonize the condition of chronic Grief is to first hold your thumb, then your index finger, followed by your middle finger (complete the fingers on the left hand first then the right), holding each finger until you feel a pulse (or hold for 2 minutes if pulse is not detected). To maximize the results, exhale, drop your shoulders, smile and naturally inhale as you hold each digit. Many people do multiples of 9 exhalations and inhalations, up to 36 times per finger. You can do this breathing practice with each finger hold below.
