The beauty of Jin Shin Jyutsu® is that in addition to receiving sessions through Certified Practitioners such as myself, Self-Help can be obtained through the utilization of safety energy locks (SELs) and through holding fingers, thumbs, and palms.  Self-help techniques are explained below.
