The Davis County Chapter of the Weston A Price Foundation is meeting next Wednesday, January 25, at 7:00 PM at Vitality Nutrition, 107 South 500 West; Bountiful, UT. You do NOT need to be a member to come to the meeting.
This is a Meet & Greet to gather with people in our area who are interested in whole foods, organic foods, and traditional methods of food preparation. Please feel free to invite any friends or neighbors who would be interested in attending.
Please bring your favorite water kefir, milk kefir, or lacto-fermented dish to share. (If you don’t have one, you can bring your favorite healthy appetizer or snack to share.)
Hand-outs on kefir and lacto-fermentation will be provided.
