I’m excited about this class! The tasting table is going to include foods made with yogurt, foods and drinks made with milk kefir, wonderfully refreshing drinks made with water kefir (wait until you try the cherry creme soda!), blueberry muffins, cake, and of course bread all made with sourdough, and lacto-fermented foods like sourkraut, gingered carrots, and pickled turnips.
The first hour of this class will be education on the importance of probiotics and the next 2 hours will be demonstrations on how to make these delicious and good for you foods.
My goal is to educate on the importance and then demonstrate the ease.
I think you’ll be surprised at how delicious everything is and how easy it is to do! 🙂
