Are you new to traditional food preparation?  Everyone needs to start somewhere.  🙂  Most of us learned how to cook from our parents or in school.  Unfortunately, unless your parents were born in the early 1900’s and recognized the importance of traditional food preparation, most of us learned how to cook using white flour, white sugar, and pasteurized milk!  If that sounds like you, then you’re in luck!  I received the following email from Sally Fallon and the Weston A Price Foundation about a new series of videos providing instruction on traditional food preparation.  The videos were prepared by Sarah Pope, The Healthy Home Economist and WAPF Chapter Leader, and discuss as well as demonstrate the health benefits of traditional food preparation.  I encourage you to view the videos.  🙂  In them, you’ll learn how to choose healthy meats and healthy fats (that’s right, I said “healthy” fats!) make healthy ketchup and sauces, stocks, soups, even soda!

Dear WAPF members:

We are pleased to announce that the Wise Traditions Beginner Video Series is now complete and available for viewing by clicking the “Videos” tab in the header of the Weston A. Price Foundation website!
