On the third Tuesday of each month, I teach an online mini-class covering a holistic health subject. The class is held as a Facebook LIVE Event and then posted on the Mind Body and Sole YouTube Channel so it can be viewed later. The Friday following the mini-class, I post the recording, along with answers to any questions that viewers asked, on my blog.
