Only 15 Days Left

By September 7, 2011No Comments

Today I attended a teacher orientation to begin student teaching at We Do Feet. Only 15 days until the first day of class, and I’m so excited to start!

I remember when I was going through the classes as a student and the excitement and anxiety I felt over learning a new modality. The questions I had of, “Will I be able to do this?”

As we went over the Mission Statement for the school, and read, “Our intent with the Foot Zone education is to not only help you be the best Foot Zoner you can be, but to also build your self-esteem and confidence,” I remembered Brad’s reassurance that I could do this and that he would help me.

That’s one of the aspects about this program that sets it above the other foot zoning programs that are out there.  The owners really care about each of their students.  Their goal is to help you succeed.  They don’t operate from a place of control or fear or superiority.  Rather, they operate from genuine concern.  They “believe that every family needs a Foot Zoner to help their families, their friends, and to help others in times of need and distress.”

Another aspect that sets We Do Feet above the other schools is their curriculum.  They are the only school that will teach you emotions as part of the curriculum.  In addition to learning emotions and how they feel on the feet, you’ll learn:  anatomy and physiology, essential oils, muscle testing, energy work, business ethics, and more.  AND they are the only school who has their curriculum registered with the state of Utah’s Post Secondary Education Department.

Those are things that convinced me to get my certification from We Do Feet.

If you’ve been thinking about taking foot zoning courses but just aren’t sure if this is the school that you want to attend, I’d like to invite you to join us for the first class.  It starts this month, September 22-24 (Thursday – Saturday).  If, after class one is complete, you decide that this just isn’t for you, then we can part ways, no harm – no foul, and you don’t even need to pay for the class.  THAT’S how confident I am in this curriculum, this program, and this group of instructors.  🙂
