The Empower You Contest sponsored by Mind Body and Sole is designed to offer people with a demonstrated interest in our Foot Zone Certification program an opportunity to receive a tuition scholarship to the Fall 2017 Foot Zone Certification Course held in Centerville, Utah. Up to five (5) eligible entrants will receive a $300 scholarship to the Fall 2017 Foot Zone Certification Course held in Centerville, Utah; one (1) eligible entrant will be selected to receive a $3,000 scholarship to the Fall 2017 Foot Zone Certification Course held in Centerville, Utah; based on judging of their video submission, discussed further below.
Entry Period: Contest runs from August 10, 2017 8:30 pm MDT through August 31, 2017 at 11:59 pm MDT. Sponsor shall be the official timekeeper for Contest. Late entries will not be considered.
Contest Entry: To enter, upload your original, 60-second video on your Facebook page to tell me how becoming a Certified Foot Zone Practitioner will empower you to live your best life. Tag We Do Feet Seminars AND Mind Body and Sole in your Facebook post. Winners will be selected based on: level of inspiration and enthusiasm for the Foot Zone community; what you hope to gain from an education in Foot Zone Therapy; level of creativity, humor, and originality; ability to invoke a sense of urgency and/or commitment; and overall quality and clarity of presentation.
Prize: Up to Five (5) eligible entrants will receive $300 tuition coverage to the Fall 2017 Foot Zone Certification Course held in Centerville, Utah. One (1) eligible entrant will receive $3,000 tuition coverage to the Fall 2017 Foot Zone Certification Course held in Centerville, Utah. Prize may be used for the Program session that begins during September 2017; prize may not be used for later Program sessions. Participation in the Foot Zone Certification Program does not guarantee completion of the Program; enrollee must comply with all Program requirements. No transfer or cash substitution. One entry per person; one prize per person; not valid with any other offer or promotion.
Eligibility: To enter the Contest, you must be at least 18 years old and have obtained your high school diploma, GED, or equivalent. Redemption of prize subject to acceptance of Program enrollment terms and conditions. Prize may not be used toward future Program sessions. Odds of winning depend on number and quality of eligible entries received. This Contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Video Requirements. All Videos must be no more than one (1) minute in length. All Videos must be Your original creation and submitted in the English language. Videos may not include any content (images, music, etc.) that constitutes copyright infringement or otherwise infringes or violates the privacy, publicity or other rights of any person. All Entries that are duplicated, tampered with, incorrect, illegible, unidentifiable, distorted, blurred, incomplete, or from ineligible Entrants will be void and/or disqualified. Videos must not, in the sole and unfettered discretion of Sponsor, (i) contain nudity, obscene, defamatory, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable or inappropriate content, (ii) promote bigotry, racism, hatred, harm or discrimination against any group or individual, (iii) contain material that is unlawful, in violation of or contrary to any applicable laws, rules or regulations; (iv) be offensive, defamatory, demeaning to, or negatively portray Sponsor or any other party’s reputation or goodwill; (v) promote alcohol, illegal drugs, tobacco, firearms/weapons (or the use of any of the foregoing); (vi) appear to duplicate any other submitted entries or contain any personal information of any person such as full names or contact information; (vii) depict or otherwise suggest improper use or unsafe practices of Sponsor’s products or services. Without limiting any other available remedies, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any such Videos from the Contest.
Notification of Winners: The Entrants who submitted the winning Videos (“Winners”) will be announced on the Mind Body and Sole Facebook page.
General: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Contest, or any part thereof, or to modify these Official Rules, for any reason at any time, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any Entrant who is suspected or found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any law. By participating, each Entrant agrees to comply with, and be bound by, these rules and the decisions of Sponsor.
